1. Only thing we didn't like was that they did have off street parking the lot they use is very small and really can't acommadate all the vehicles.

2. NOISE: Again, no outside drunken party noise like you might get in hotels downtown, but you do hear doors shutting and people talking.

3. It's not totally soundproof, but we were never woken in the night nor did we feel like in normal conversation/activity we were loud enough to be heard, etc.

4. Nice lounging area and you feel like you're somewhat private as well.

5. It's big enough for like 4-5 people and we had to hold ourselves back from taking 2-3 showers a day.

Pro's: Good Location, Cheaper parking charges to other hotels, free breakfast, good shower/steam roomCon's: Room needed a lick of paint was v bland & the walls where so thin felt like next door was in the same room, hairdryer waste of time take your own, air con v noisy ok if you dont need it on at night as it does work.

8. For those with a car you probably wont find much cheaper parking - and you can park it yourself next to the hotelAs Brits we would have liked a coffee maker in the room we could convert into a teapot - but hey you can't have everything.

9. The steam feature is ok if you like being in a small area filled with steam.

10. If you are a devout meat eater like me, you'll be as disappointed as I was when I first saw the spread.
