4. The staff and service are great, the location is convenient- close to the 'scene' of the South Beach strip, but in a quiet stretch away from that chaos so that you have the best of both worlds.

7. They went out of their way one night to help me find the best route to Coconut Grove (we'd recommend going) and were quick to call taxis, pass out maps, show you where to go, etc.
