Just stayed 2 nights before travelling down the keys,But what a great little hotel, ideally situated on a quite part of Washington Ave but only 5-10 mins fromOcean drive and the Beach and about 20min walk to lincoln rd mallsHotel lobby clean and tidy, breakfast included only continental but enough, rooms small but adequate,the shower amazing.
