4. The general location is great, however, being near to the beach and the art deco district of South Beach (both less than 5 mins away) but far enough away to be quiet at nightime.

5. The continential style buffet breakfast in the bar area which is included in the price, consisted af danish pastries, ceriels, and coffee which generally were plentiful, but if you arrived in the last half hour of service was sometimes very limited.
