BOOKING YOUR RESERVATIONSIt really is better to talk to the front desk department than the reservation department if you have special requests: ie (adjoining rooms, high floor, quiet etc) We mentioned that our Mother was celebrating her birthday when making our reservation with the front desk department and delivered a whole cake to her room when we checked in so we could celebrate.
