1. Why wasn't the dock plugged in, how was there hair missed in the bathroom, and did no one check the TV remote to see if it works? On top of all that, the issue that sent me over the edge was: when I got into the shower the handle was severely loose and would not stand in the position you wanted it.

3. Far beyond me why to position a music nightclub adjacent to the guests main hotel room tower.
