4. All these issues were expressed to a very nice front desk manager, and she apologized for the issues, she offered to send up a bottle of liquor that was the choice of our bachelor which was Blue Label by Johnnie Walker.

9. The view to the downtown area is nice but not spectacular, but we don't mind because few years ago, we stayed at Mandalay Bay Hotel on high floor with the Strip view, so we didn't miss the nice view at all.
