1. Entering our room, I was quite satisfied with the size and felt very special that the general manager had a nice little note in our room welcoming my mother and I to his property for our Mother's Day weekend and included his business card to let me know that he could be contacted for any reason.

8. The hotel showed its age a little around the edges, but the room was large, clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and the Cuban food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced.

10. If their room rates remain as reasonable as they were this week during my stay with AAA pricing, I think I will choose this hotel as my (new) favorite when travel takes me to the Atlanta Downtown area or to the Atlanta Midtown area.
