1. Their website does note that it is pet friendly (as a last item) but most people will miss this.

2. ) When we called the front desk (found under 'Valet' button on the unnecessarily complicated phone) to complain about the barking we were told that this was a 'pet friendly hotel' but only on certain floors and ours wasn't one of them.

5. We loved this property and when I travel again on business, I will certainly visit my friends at this Renaissance again, this property has restored my faith in the Marriott Brand.

6. Upon entering the property, you would think you're in a midtown manhattan hotel as the lobby is quite trendy and chic, but the friendly service reminds you that you're still in the south.
