1. The cab pick-up-drop off area near the front entrance is almost directly on the street so one has to be very careful getting into and out of vehicles on the passenger side.

4. I now have to get a NEW door to fix my car and the staff did not care, the valet tried to blame it on me, and to topic all off it was due to normal wear and tear.

9. One of the hallmarks I've experienced about Kimpton is they seem to really care about you as a guest, and I'm not sure this midtown locale is up to that standard at this point.
