1. meet there for happy hours (1800 6pm) music was very chillout lounge, had a few driinks, music came up and by the end of the nite, we had a BLAST.

3. I believe the Glenn could become a nice hotel if they had personnel to help outside upon arrival and if the management and staff were retrained to make their customers happy.

7. I asked to change rooms after the first night (couldn't sleep well with traffic noise outside my room) and they were happy to accommodate.

8. The staff are what makes this placeThey are happy, warm and friendly from the minute you arriveThey make you feel like an old friendThe lobby bar is very nice and the food was goodBut you can not beat the rooftop bar for a relaxing evening.

10. Now, for the hotel management, please don't stop keeping your focus here, I hate seeing hotels one month win and the next lose, keep your staff motivated, happy and I'll definitely be back.
