I believe the Glenn could become a nice hotel if they had personnel to help outside upon arrival and if the management and staff were retrained to make their customers
happy
.

The staff are what makes this placeThey are
happy
, warm and friendly from the minute you arriveThey make you feel like an old friendThe lobby bar is very nice and the food was goodBut you can not beat the rooftop bar for a relaxing evening.
