1. The blowdryer is low voltage, might want to bring your own if you are used to a better blowdryer.

2. You may get fooled into valet parking if you don't know better- there is no driveway area to park while you check in other than the valet parking.

6. All in all, there are much better hotels that are more convenient to the CNN Center, Philips Arena, and the Congress Center that offer more perks for the same cost.

7. I did complain to management in a letter and guess what? Not even a phone call to apologize or to see what they could do to make our stay better.
