1. Downfall -- the room was really small and there were not enough outlets next to the bed (nowadays most plugs are located on the lamp for convenience).

4. Overall, the Glenn is a good downtown hotel that is conveniently located (easy walking distance) to Phillips Arena, Olympic Park, CNN Center, Underground Atlanta, and other downtown attractions.
