5. I have received excellent service before from a couple of hotels but I can say, without a doubt ,the service my team and I received from Monica, Quinton, Kent and Todd was exceptional beyond belief.

6. I must have seen or talked to at least 20 different employees during my stay - from the valet guys to wait staff to the house-keeping and concierge - everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was exceptional.

7. Any guest have admissions to all areas of the hotel with the exception of the VIP area.

8. The staff are all top notch, and with the exception of a few stray hairs on the bathroom floor, the room is super clean.

9. Overall, I loved my stay and it really made our anniversary memorable, except if I could actually sleep at night then it would have been perfect.

10. My exceptions are maid related and probbly not typical of all maids (toiletries not replaced the entire stay of 4 days and dust on bathroom floor first day.
