3. The check in and rooms were good and most of the staff (Theo) was great and helpful, but for some reason the Wxyz bar male staff had some bad attitude (unless you were young and female) as compared to the female manager and female bartenders.

6. How nice it was to be able bring the kids to the lobby and have them see what good entertainment is -- they can play pool, checkers, chess, and tic-tac-toe among each other and with us, as parents, all while we were entertained as well.
