1. I will admit, the beds were a little too soft for our liking and so we didn't get the best night's sleep we've had, but the rest of the property made up for it.

7. Across the street is a Red Robin, and a couple of other restaurants, as well as a very nice Mall, anchored by IKEA, Marshalls , Sports Authority and best Buy.

8. The six floors of the hotel are arranged in an L-shape with the longer sides parallel and between the two main runways of PDX in a cluster of hotels and retail businesses called Cascade Station that offers everything from a best Buy to Oregon's only IKEA along with several chain restaurants.

9. Overall, I think the clean and modern feel of the aloft coupled with the spacious rooms, luxe bath products and comfortable bedding makes this one of the best hotels for the price (We paid $88/night).

10. There are approx 8-10 restaurants across the street from the hotel with an additional 25+ places to shop from a Target to best Buy to Michaels.
