1. The hotel definitely has a 'cool' factor, staff is extremely helpful & friendly (including the general manager, David Porter).

3. The otherwise super smiley Front Office man - I can't fault his smile - was told to deal with me as I'd said 'gee, you know I sent email to the general Manager as I'm a COO planning a ton of travel, and this price felt a bit high when I read others paying far less.

5. As we live over 50 miles from the airport, when we have early morning flights, we generally stay at the Aloft.
