6. , the sofa has cigarette burn marks in the cushions, being a lover of jacuzzi baths, ( we have one at home) the pump is either on its way out, or so undersized that it barely streams, and did I mention the hot water tank is undersized to support the tub, so welcome to a cold/lukewarm bath, why bother.
