5. The road Blue Heron is on is sort of loud and busy plenty of restaurants, condo resorts, 7-11, Walgreens, but in your backyard - you have a great peaceful lake.

8. There was a full kitchen and plenty of storage, but it seemed like there were less items available for use than in other timeshares I've been in, like no dishcloth or sponge and no drying rack, so handwashing anything was inconvenient--I used a washcloth from the bathroom.

The staff were always very helpful and friendly, they do try to get you to attend a time share meeting when you check in but I declined and that was that (no hard sell tactics like in Europe) There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and a Walgreens supermarket just over the road where you can stock up on essentials.
