1. I reported it to the reception and was told to bring it to them, which I did (I know I should have told them to do it, but anything for a quiet life), it was never replaced.

In closing if you are like some of the reviewers who want bars, room service, and all the percs of a high priced resort then I suggest you open the wallet and spend the money somewhere else, If you want an affordable, very nice large condo that is quiet and feels like home after a long day at the parks then by all means this is the place.

6. overall a good quality stay quiet on the 17th floor but consider the balcony a bit nervy if you have young children, although a good railings at about 4ft tall, when a bar / tall stool is taken onto the balcony it would be easy for a child to climb over.

7. Guest Services begin their tours in unit 2- 1905 at 7:30 am every morning, so if you are hoping to sleep in or have quiet be sure and request different building or very low floor.
