1. But it wasn't so bad until the employee from the valet said - very rude - that they weren't responsible for our car as we were just trying to understand the situation.

2. You cannot park on the street because of its location and the area and to have to use a valet service who goes for joy rides in your car and damage it without accepting any responsibility is ludicrous.

3. And even if you don't, from reading other reviews, it seems that they are almost never responsive to discrepancies.

5. Other than the lobby, the hotel is in quite a state of disrepair, and regardless of the 'refurbishing' they claim to be doing, the hotel's response to stuff not working has gone from poor to non-existent.

7. As for the conference, the only complaint was that the individual responsible for the refreshments kept fixing and filling during our sessions.

8. My friends and I that I stayed with at the hotel all work in customer service, and were amazed at the lack of responsibility of the hotel management.

9. Yes, I would have loved security to arrive more quickly, but in a hotel that size with that many things happening at once, their response time was in line.
