1. I had to accept and leave the hotel hoping for the best.
"Warning: Only if you are in a very low budget, and you really need a beach front location. " Read full review on Expedia   8/28/2010 Vote
2. I was very disappointed to find out that the valet only accepted cash, and had to pay up front, it seemed very questionable to me, is the valet separate from the resort? Upon checking in I was charged the full stay of all 4 nights plus some, this was very new to me, and only found out the amount when I checked the balance on my checking account, I was not explained there would be an extra $50 a day.
"Please do not stay here!!!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/2/2010 Vote
3. The reservation was 2 rooms for my family Ocean front, I have been allocated one room on the 7 floor and the second on the 14 floor both are non ocean front, front desk not care about reservation and either I have to accept what has been offered to me or my reservation will be canceled.
"Don’t try unless you want to spoil your holiday " Read full review on Expedia   4/22/2010 Vote
4. While this may be an acceptable policy for higher end hotels, I don't think the Deauville has any right to have such a policy.
"Not at all worth the price. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/7/2010 Vote
5. The only good comment I heard out of the 30 people in my group was the lobby is beautiful, pool does look nice, and convention was only acceptable, rooms ranged from ok to my review of terrible and that the parking was the worst anyone had ever experienced in their travel.
"Find another hotel if your driving " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/26/2009 Vote
6. Someone does care as is evident by the lobby, and that probably makes the grunge, grime and malise above it even less acceptable.
"I'm ususally forgiving, but this dump was unforgivable " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/22/2009 Vote
7. You cannot park on the street because of its location and the area and to have to use a valet service who goes for joy rides in your car and damage it without accepting any responsibility is ludicrous.
"Hotel Poor and Mediocre; Management Horrible " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/24/2009 Vote
8. Dining was acceptable; for dinner, try Norman's across the street.
"Better than I expected after reading the reviews here " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/7/2008 Vote
9. As I didn`t want to lose all day with that situation, I accepted to move to the other room.
