4. The reservation was 2 rooms for my family Ocean front, I have been allocated one room on the 7 floor and the second on the 14 floor both are non ocean front, front desk not care about reservation and either I have to accept what has been offered to me or my reservation will be canceled.

5. It seemed that the place had its heyday, but they also seemed to have no cleaned it or cared about its customers ever since.

6. My family and i had to take a bath and use dirty towels after 3 times of us calling and three hours of waiting for them to bring us clean towels,not even the front desk manager seemed to care.

8. Publix is down the street, overall not bad I just think the wheels are falling off and although workers do care, ownership/management doesn't seem to.
