6. From Stefan, the General Operations Manager through to Ralph and the other extremly helpful Concierges and not forgetting TC who ran the pool areas with such great efficiency that he made it look so easy, they were all superb.

10. I'm not one to just complain, so in the end, one of the food and beverage managers along with the technology person were very helpful and the staff at STK and Plunge were great.
