4. Negatives, lobby is unimpressive with a single small blue door, the use of gym is not included, the TV takes about 120 seconds to turn on, elevator access is confusing, dining is pricey (including a rediculously overpriced Chinese restaurant, I don't care if he is a celebrity shet, orange chicken shouldn't never be $60), and parking was a total rip off.

5. Only two go to the rooftop pool and bar, so be careful if that's where you want to go.

6. I put a note of complaint on the tray but never heard anything back, which sums up for me how little many of your staff seemed to care about our comfort.

7. While this is of course not the hotel's fault, I do wonder that more care is not taken in using a reputable taxi company with good and safe drivers to transport your guests.

8. But unless all you care about is style over substance and can overlook bad manners, poor service, awful and overpriced food, infuriatingly slow TVs, stupidly designed lifts, etc etc, just don't go here.

9. And even if style is all you care about, be prepared to overlook vast areas of the hotel which look like a building site, and other parts which have already seen better days.
