1. I wrote a letter to management and never recieved a response which is a poor reflection of how management works in this place.

5. And the hotel's response? Well suffice it to say that it took three separate visits to reception (the in-room phone only dialled out) to secure a maintenance guy who's solution was to lay towels all over the window sill and floor.
