1. My friend in the adjecent room had an airco that did not work at all and although she asked for someone to fix it 3 times, no one came by to help her out.

9. Luckily i had a few bucks to eat with cash but while i waited to be help for those 4 hours, ihad a door slammed in my face and watch everyone in the hotel come in with a problem.
