1. For more provisions, a mile down the beach are the Shops at Kailua, where you can find great clothing stores, plus a Whaler's general Store and ABC Store for chips, dips, beer and other essentials.

4. Very shortly we received a call back from Nick, the manager, and he was very gracious and apologetic, and he generously offered my husband and I free breakfast buffetts for our last two days at the resort.
