1. Some of the loungers around the pools are covered and looked comfortable, but required 'rent' which I find cheap considering the $899 + /night rates some people are paying.

10. Overall the lobby is classic HI open air and 5 star look, the hallways are dated and need some real help from the ground up, the rooms are good sized, comfortable and above average but not 5 star.
