1. On the way to the PATH is a nice Deli and a Starbucks where you can pick up a good and reasonably priced breakfast while sitting outside on the water looking at the Manhattan skyline.

Although if you are there primarily to visit Manhattan it's nice to have the room there so you can go back whenever needed, and not have the train to deal with, the PATH is quite efficient and well worth it to have a modern hotel, and a much more reasonable room rate than crazy Manhattan hotel prices.
