1. The service is good, especially, the door man, Chris, who always has a nice friendly attitude and helpful, in fact he makes the hotel guest feels welcome.

3. The front desk helped out on two occassion - one to get into the city and the second time over the WTC memorial on a weekend when the train from Newport didn't run directly to the WTC.
