6. - Member perks is useless @ this location- Some of the Front Desk staff were not friendly - and it feels like they like to make me look stupid.

7. We like Sheraton/Westin properties because they are clean, staff is courteous, and the beds are top notch (a plus after wandering all over NYC during long days of being a tourist).

9. We didn't like being bombarded with questions about becoming a preferred member and the alarm clock going off at 6am or the housekeeping knocking on our door at 7am even though we had the 'do not disturb' sign on our door.
