1. There is a PATH train almost across the street and the Newport section of Jersey City is very nice.

3. There are nice restaurants with terrace just downstairs and next door there is the lively Cuban restaurant who serves great food.

7. Loved the shopping and sites in NY but was so nice to step off the subway into a nice garden area and quiet with no smells after a day in NY.

10. On the way to the PATH is a nice Deli and a Starbucks where you can pick up a good and reasonably priced breakfast while sitting outside on the water looking at the Manhattan skyline.
