1. It seemed no one knew we had any kind of package deal except the front desk.

3. The food at the restaurant was good every day except for the Christmas Eve buffet - it was overpriced, had weird food selections that the kiddos couldn't eat and worst of all it had a dried up dessert station so we couldn't even have a nice dessert before turning in.

4. This wouldnt be so bad except they do refuse to provide a golf cart for you to use to get back and forth.

5. The staff was generally very nice and accommodating, and we found the food to be very good quality, especially the buffet breakfasts/brunch, which was excellent (except for the coffee, which was sub-standard).
