I cant say we had any problems, the room was fine and the hotel seemed to be in a fairly
quiet
side of town as you didnt get a lot of traffic sound.

If you're looking for
quiet
place to get away, amidst all the wonderful buzz of the city, you'll find it at the Dylan; but, interestly enough, if you're looking for more of a hip vibe, you can find it there, too.

The Dylan Hotel is a boutique hotel located in the striking old Chemists' Club building on a surprisingly
quiet
block of E.

Room was clean a little bit 'worn' , and far too hot at night, with no heater control, but was
quiet
, thick old walls, no noise from the street or other rooms.

It is
quiet
at night, and great location for Grand Central (where the Oyster Bar downstairs is a truly GREAT retaurant, and so easy to miss it if you don't know it's there.

Firstly I requested a
quiet
room and was given a room on 2nd floor where restaurant is and also just off the street.
"Beyond disappointing, would not recommend it & will never stay there again. "
