5. The 24 hour business center advertised on the internet is currently closed which was extremely inconvenient as we use the facilities to check into flights, and where other hotels will be happy to do that for you via the concierge or front desk, we were sent on a walk to the nearest Kincos in the rain with no apology for the trouble.
