1. The fact that there was no view from our room except into office rooms of the building just across was not dramatic, because you don't stay in your room all day in New York.

2. -the towels in the bathrooms were so small that you needed to use two after the shower-in the rooms they never clean the floor (there is moquette) and just change the sheets-in the bathroom they never cleaned except the floor: I left empty bottle of shower gel near the shower,empty tubes of face cream and they were there for five days.

3. Was an ok room except the office workers in the building next door were looking in on the weekdays, so we had to draw the curtains on the 7th floor.

4. Over the next couple of days, an exceptional lady called Janet provided outstanding customer service; every time we contacted her se made sure our expectations were met (we asked multiple times anything from directions, to restaurants, to city tours and shows, and even coupons to park our vehicle, etc).
