Make good first impression; staff was very helpful; continental breakfast was exceptional; grounds neat and tidy; close to university; it appears that this property needs renovation; old aluminum widows difficult to open; tub drain had to be propped open with bottle cap to drain; sagging sheetrock in the bathroom.

5. Great location, attractive interior and landscaping, staff was very nice and helpful, shuttle service appreciated, breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel.
