6. when I arrived staff was pleasant, and gave me a room with an incredibly loud air conditioner, I immediately asked to change, and they provided me with a better room, but still not a great AC unit.

7. The things missing to make this a better experience had more to do with old, peeling wall paper(dirty in spots) and problems with room cards.
