1. The only good thing was the breakfast provided was good however though we had planned to leave our vehicle at the hotel (which was more 'Mo" than "HO" ) while on our cruise it would have been parked around back with no security.

Make good first impression; staff was very helpful; continental breakfast was exceptional; grounds neat and tidy; close to university; it appears that this property needs renovation; old aluminum widows difficult to open; tub drain had to be propped open with bottle cap to drain; sagging sheetrock in the bathroom.
