1. Know you are getting a pretty small room but also know that the downstairs bar a lot of previous reviewers complained about is now closed so this place was nice and quiet.

3. I'm the 1st to admit I booked this hotel only because it was $45/night through Expedia and close to our destinations in Atlanta which was nice.

4. I really liked the room, although it could have used some fluffier pillows and it would be nice to give parking decals, so companies won't get confused and put a boot on my car.

6. This is an inexpensive hotel-not a lot of frills-but clean and comfortable with very nice staff on all shifts and a prime location.

7. I was in town to eat a nice meal, see a show at The Fox, and return to a hotel for a good nights sleep.

8. It's nice to see a piece of Atlanta history still serving the community with all its bygone era charm, instead of being torn down and replaced with an ugly soul-less box hotel.

9. Where else in a nice, walking part of Atlanta can you get a room with 2 double beds, TV, mini-fridge, and breakfast for about $120? Nowhere.
