2. We didn't book here looking for luxury, but had a comfortable night, the location we needed for the activities we had planned, and enjoyed the eccentricities of being in an older building instead of a bland, generic more modern hotel.

3. We always travel with our own sheets in effort to avoid bed bugs, and my paranoia of general filthiness associated with hotel bedding, so we had no issues or notice of any problems there.
