3. Everything is very outdated, which makes it have character, however if the 'outdated' feel of the place felt halfway clean, it wouldn't be an issue.

8. I have been to this hotel on many occasions and although it may need some special touch ups and new furniture, the rooms are SUPER CLEAN and the staff is EXCELLENT.
