The neighborhood is great and there's wonderful food galore within walking distance, be it the Majestic Diner (proudly serving since my Grandmother was a wee lass) for a 24 hour breakfast, or Cafe Sol/Cafe 640 (? - they were going through a transition when I was there and I can't remember the new name) next door, which has fantastic food and great service in addition to a friendly atmosphere.
