1. The staff were helpful and pleasant, even when the other people in our group had to switch rooms because the shower was cold (we booked two rooms).

3. The info in the information packet in the room is helpful but a bit outdated -- the "estimated" cab fares were higher, the Pentagon no longer offers tours every 1/2 hour (call your Senator 2 wks prior), etc.

The hotel was clean, very convinient to main roads, they transported us right to the metro and picked us up without a lot of walking, the staff were very helpful, the only thing bad would be they need to have a better selection of breakfast, and need to clean the pool more, other wise it was fine and I would stay there again.
