The service is terrible due to understaffing (the few staff members around are smart and courteous), the rooms are not well maintained, the internet is non-functional, I found several womens' hairs in my supposedly clean towels (I had no female guests), and the overall experience of this hotel was bad.

The hotel staff was unfailingly polite and courteous, the housekeeping staff was very efficient and happy to assist us, the shuttle drivers were polite, the room was quiet and comfortable, the continental breakfast was a typical run of the mill free breakfast but it was more than adequate and met our expectations.
