1. The daily 6am nearby diesel truck delivery noise, dirty hallways, chintzy free breakfast, ackward parking entrance and occasional cockroach were the bad points.

7. Hotel itself was a bit rough around the edges but room was clean, wi-fi was free and worked just fine.
