1. It's easy to drive to DC and even if you don't want to drive their shuttle service to the metro area is very efficient (although sometimes packed).

2. The shuttle service was efficient to and from the airport and to and from the Metro subway station, however it ends at 10:00pm so you have to plan appropriately.

3. The hotel staff was unfailingly polite and courteous, the housekeeping staff was very efficient and happy to assist us, the shuttle drivers were polite, the room was quiet and comfortable, the continental breakfast was a typical run of the mill free breakfast but it was more than adequate and met our expectations.
