1. A nice manager's reception nightly in the atrium, except bartender seemed to be stingy with the sangria causing us to keep having to go up for his shot glass sized pours.

5. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that they charge $8/day to park in the hotel parking lot and $14.

6. I love making a hashbrown casserole, and they had all of the components to put it together for me every morning, except for my last day when I wanted French Toast, which they made with cinnamon on it for me.

7. We frequent Embassy Suites as their properties are usually located in safe neighborhoods and provide excellent service (with the exception of LAX Airport property- see my review Jan2009) for which the management immediately contacted us to resolve our dissatisfaction.

8. In general, it was a standard Embassy Suites experience -- that is to say, a fairly good experience -- with the exception of the air-handling problem mentioned in the previous review.
