1. We were on the 4th floor, and the balcony accommodated one, maybe two chairs, but would not fit a table.

I've been staying at this hotel consistently for the past 3 years and although I have free choice to stay at other Hilton or Marriott properties as well as several of the resorts in the area I choose to stay here because the staff has always been accommodating to special needs that arise during my frequent trips.
